Born in 1989 in Dobrich, Bulgaria, Captain Vladimir’s maritime journey commenced with his study of Naval Navigation, culminating in 2013. His professional career began as an assistant navigation officer right after that, progressing through roles such as a deck cadet on smaller vessels and advancing from third to second officer on container and cargo ships. Proficient in leading a crew, Captain Vladimir fosters collaboration and actively enhances his captaincy and teamwork skills.

Known for his professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic, Captain Vladimir is poised to venture into the yachting industry. Armed with enthusiasm, extensive sailing experience, and a commitment to delivering top-notch hospitality, he is well-prepared to cater to the needs of his guests. Aleksandra, born in 1999 and originally from Bulgaria, is the Chief Stewardess aboard Alteya. With a strong background in hospitality and a keen eye for detail, she began her yachting career in 2022 and quickly proved herself as a dedicated and versatile crew member. Her experience spans both large motor yachts and luxury catamarans, where she has taken on dual roles as a stewardess and deckhand. This hands-on versatility has given her a well-rounded understanding of onboard operations and guest service. Known for her warm demeanor, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, Aleksandra ensures that every guest’s experience aboard Alteya is seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Aleksandra speaks Bulgarian & English.

Leandri, originally from South Africa and born in 2006, is the Stewardess aboard Alteya. Despite being one of the youngest members of the crew, she brings with her a strong work ethic and a natural flair for hospitality. Leandri began her yachting journey as a stewardess on a 35-meter motor yacht, where she developed a solid foundation in guest service and onboard housekeeping. Her background also includes experience as a hotel housekeeper and a coffee shop waiter, giving her a well-rounded understanding of high standards in service and attention to detail. Friendly, hardworking, and eager to learn, Leandri is dedicated to ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their stay on board Alteya. Leandri speaks Afrikaans & English.

Bozi, born in 1974 on the northern shores of the Black Sea, developed a profound connection to the sea from the moment he was born. With a wealth of professional experience on various cruise ships and an extensive background in technical support across multiple shipyards, Bozi has cultivated exceptional expertise in maritime operations.

Known for his warm and engaging personality, Bozi takes pride in creating memorable experiences for his guests. Whether delighting them with expertly crafted cocktails and snacks during Happy Hour or sharing his extensive knowledge of wine, Bozi ensures every moment aboard is enjoyable.
