Maritza brings a strong background in hospitality and guest service to her growing career in yachting. For over a decade, she built her expertise in customer-facing roles, working as a waitress in London for four years and later specializing in front-of-house reception at a busy Menorca establishment, where she managed check-in/check-out and reservations for up to 800 guests at full occupancy. In 2025, Maritza made the transition into the marine sector, joining Motor Yacht BIG DI as stewardess, where she delivered luxury hospitality service to the owners, maintained interior and exterior areas to the highest standards, and served food and beverages following high-end protocols. She completed her STCW Basic Safety Training in October 2025 and is excited to bring her polished, detail-oriented service style to CIUTADELLA as stewardess!
Job Description
Maritza is responsible for the organization, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures the vessel is cleaned and prepared to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met, with particular attention to discretion, personalization, and detail.
