We highly recommend you secure comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking your YOTSPACE voyage holiday. This can be arranged through your luxury travel agent or a travel insurance company of your choice.  On purchasing this Travel Offer you are bound by the General Terms and Conditions, in addition to the specific terms and conditions outlined in this Important Information. Please ensure to read full Terms and Conditions.

Confirmed Departure
As a book by cabin voyage, each luxury yacht voyage is a departure based on the receipt of the full payment on or before the 120th day of embarkation. Should the yacht fail to depart voyagers will be given the option of choosing another luxury yacht option with similar or same inclusions, costs, terms and conditions of the voyage that was originally requested. Should we not find a suitable replacement yacht a refund less any bank merchant fees and a 10% administration fee will apply. We always recommend Travel Insurance and that all ancillary travel reservations have flexible conditions.

If we need to Amend or Cancel your Voyage

Circumstances may arise that require us to alter, reschedule or cancel your voyage . In such an unlikely event Eclipse reserves the right to cancel or amend your Voyage accordingly. If we change or cancel your Voyage before your departure, Eclipse will endeavour to provide you with all the services confirmed to you at the time of your booking.
Because of minimum booking requirements All tours require a minimum number of two cabin bookings in order to be viable to operate and to ensure a pleasant group atmosphere. In the event adequate numbers cannot be achieved for your Voyage dates, it maybe necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and offer the nearest possible alternative date. If our proposed alternative date does not suit your plans, we will offer a full refund of the monies paid in advance to Eclipse. Because of other circumstances within or outside of Eclipse control. Other than conditions outlined in Force Majeure (above) that could affect our ability to operate , most elements of our services are provided internally and are within our direct control. However, some arrangements (such as, but not limited to, helicopter and fixed wing aircraft transfers) are booked in advance of your departure date using independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. In the unlikely event that such circumstances dictate your Voyage dates or Voyage choice cannot be achieved, it may be necessary to revise your Voyage and in a worst-case scenario cancel a scheduled departure and offer the nearest possible alternative date. In the event of a proposed revision to your Voyage that provides you with a similar experience and does not affect your embarkation and disembarkation dates no refund will be provided by Eclipse. In the event of a cancellation of your Voyage and our proposed alternative dates do not suit your plans, we will offer a full refund of the monies paid in advance.

Payment Policy
To secure a luxury yacht voyage with YOTSPACE, a 50% deposit or full payment is required within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving confirmation of your booking request.  Full payment is required on or before 120 calendar days (17 weeks) before the Voyage Departure date. If the departure date is inside the 120 calendar days (17 weeks), full payment must be paid at the time of booking.  As mentioned above, due to potential operational, Government directives, weather issues or other disasters out of our control we cannot guarantee that all voyages will depart.  Your YOTSPACE agent will notify you in the event the luxury yacht voyage is cancelled.

Guest Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.  You are strongly advised to speak with your YOTSPACE crew member with regard to the purchase of specific travel insurance for the luxury yacht charter at the time of booking.  Cancellation requests received 12 months+ prior to departure 10% fee applies, within 365-151 days 25% fee applies, within 150-91 days 50% fee applies, within 90-31 days 75% fee applies, within 30 days or less prior to voyage departure 100% fee applies. Should we re-sell that reserved voyage, for that departure, for that date, prior to the voyage departure, an administration fee equal to only 10% of the voyage shall apply along with any bank or merchant transfer fees.  Failure to board at the time of the luxury charter yacht voyage departure – 100% of the total Voyage Fare forfeited to the Contractor YOTSPACE.

Covid/ Pandemic Policy
Should a pandemic or an outbreak occur and disrupt travel plans in the destination of departure or a ruling government prevent travel, all paid bookings will be held for future travel when permitted and subject to availability.  Guests may be moved to another luxury yacht charter with similar or the same terms and conditions of the deferred voyage at no charge. Guests may also have the option of a refund of monies paid less any bank merchant fees and a 10% administration fee subject to the terms and conditions of the individual yacht charter agreement. Please consult your YOTSPACE yacht crew member and update your travel insurance policy for the change of voyage date and change of yacht.

Note:- Itineraries and activities are examples only and subject to weather conditions and are changeable at the Captains discretion. Below is a sample 7 night Kimberley voyage itinerary.

Each one of our yachts will endeavour to follow the Kimberley voyage as described in the itinerary and the passenger accepts that each yacht Captain has the right to change the itinerary, the yacht, or cancel the cruise as a result of some Unexpected Event or prevailing inclement weather conditions. The passenger accepts that the passenger will not be entitled to any compensation or a refund of the fare paid should this occur. 

As a book by the cabin voyage this yacht accommodates up to 8 adults.  All YOTSPACE voyage are intended for both adults and children who are travelling with family dependant on the region of the voyage. Children 16 years + and under the age of eighteen(18) (minors)will be accepted in circumstances where the charter is a sole charter voyage and cruising in a safe region. Parents and guardians are to take full responsibility for the children at all times. This must be agreed directly with the Contractor.   

YOTSPACE and our yacht captains take the safety and well-being of passengers very seriously. The yacht follows on-board sanitisation protocols to ensure the vessel is highly sanitised at all times. All guests are to register their principle place of residence and disclose to the company (YOTSPACE) if they have recently visited a Covid-19 hotspot in the 3 weeks prior to departure. We may require passengers to visit their GP and provide a health report 72 hours prior to departure. Laying North of the Tropic of Capricorn, the climate in the Kimberley is a tropical monsoon climate, defined by a distinct green season and a dry season. Plan ahead with this information on temperature and rainfall.

Dry Season (April – September) 
During the height of summer temperatures can be up to 28 – 34 degrees Celsius.

Green Season (October – March) 
Average daily temperatures range from around 30 to 40+ degrees Celsius.
