A Sydney yacht charter offers a rare combination of one of the world’s most recognisable city harbours and surprisingly peaceful stretches of coastline. Beyond the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the harbour opens into waterfront villages, protected beaches, sandstone headlands, quiet coves, and bushland-fringed waterways that feel remarkably removed from the city.

This five-day itinerary stays largely within Sydney Harbour, giving guests more time ashore and less time underway. Watsons Bay, Middle Harbour, Balmoral and Manly each introduce a different side of Sydney, from waterfront dining and calm swimming beaches to dramatic headlands and lively coastal neighbourhoods.

This six-day itinerary moves beyond Sydney Harbour for a more exploratory charter, following the coast north toward Palm Beach before entering Pittwater, Broken Bay and the waterways of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Here, urban Sydney gives way to steep sandstone escarpments, eucalyptus bushland, winding creeks and secluded waterfronts.

The journey continues into Cowan Water and the Hawkesbury River before returning to Sydney, creating a stronger sense of passage than the five-day harbour itinerary. The Hawkesbury extends inland from Broken Bay and supports kayaking and other water-based experiences, while Ku-ring-gai Chase surrounds guests with waterways, rocky cliffs, mangroves, rainforest and culturally significant Aboriginal sites.
