A: A luxury yacht charter can accommodate anywhere from couples to 10-12 guests on overnight charters, depending on the number of cabins. There are a number of cabin options on each one of our YOTSPACE superyacht charters. Our extensive list of superyachts offer Kings, Double, Queen and Twin Share options. Normally this is with a min/maximum of two persons, per cabin only but in the case of families and younger children this may increase to 4 bunk beds per cabin. Day charters and sunset charters can accommodate more – with some yachts varying from 12 to 80 depending on the location and yacht capacity.

A: Yes you can charter a luxury yacht for a day trip or sunset cruise. These short-duration charters are perfect for special occasions, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the islands without committing to an overnight stay. Popular destinations for day charters include Whitsundays, Hamilton Island, Gold Coast and Cairns.

A: Each one of the YOTSPACE superyachts vary, on some luxury yachts we offer three cabins that may accommodate 6 guests or we may have four to five cabins that accommodate 8 – 10 guests.

A: It’s recommend to book your yacht charter at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular destinations like the Whitsundays, Port Douglas & Sydney. During peak seasons the yacht charters are booked well in advance.

A: Each superyacht cruise is a departure based on the completion of the superyacht charter agreement, payment in full with cleared funds, and subject to weather and confirmation of clearance for embarkation by the superyacht captain. Should the yacht charter fail to depart, subject to the reasons for failure to depart, the charter guests may be given the option of choosing another superyacht subject to the same terms and conditions of the original superyacht charter agreement or, a refund less any bank merchant fees if applicable and an administration fee equal to only 10% of the charter cost or loss of all charter costs. The Agent/Contractor will not be liable for any costs or expenses directly or indirectly associated with the termination of the Superyacht Charter Voyage or in declining to carry a Guest, or for the involuntary disembarkation of a Guest. A: Yes, as this is a sole charter superyacht voyage the itinerary may be changed to satisfy the guests that booked the suggested voyage itinerary. Any changes to the itinerary are to be confirmed with the superyacht Captains discretion and those changes may be based on a weather or other operational procedures for guest safety.

A: Our superyacht chefs provide the ultimate in 5 star cuisine and can prepare to cater for your dietary requirements with advance notice. You will be sent a Questionnaire prior to your YOTSPACE superyacht charter voyage to confirm any dietary requirements.

A: Yes/No. Some of our luxury superyachts provide us with an all-inclusive, no more to pay charter rate whilst others provide the luxury yacht charter rate and then charge an APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) that may range from 20-30% of the charter fee to provision the yacht for the charter term. On some of our superyacht itineraries you may have optional activities such as helicopter or seaplane flights that are booked directly with the superyacht crew and paid upon booking whilst on the voyage.

A: No you will not get bored. Our superyacht Captains have crafted enticing voyages for their guests to explore places that are usually not accessible by land or large commercial cruise liners. Each day is a new destination with new activities and offerings should you wish to participate.

A: Yes/No. Dependant on the superyacht voyage locations, our superyachts happily cater to children. Should the luxury yacht be chartered in a remote location the Captain may decline the embarkation of very young children due to safety.

A: No we do not. We suggest you contact your Travel Agent or insurance provider and purchase a Comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy.

A: Some of our suggested superyacht charter voyages include scuba diving for those guests that are certified. See our snorkelling and scuba diving information on each voyage itinerary. Should you be an avid scuba diver we will need to confirm your requirements in advance with the superyacht Captain

A: Pack a soft bag that is easy for storage on the yachts with clothes for a beach holiday. Clothing you can layer will prepare you for all kinds of weather. We recommend you leave any valuable items at home due to lots of in-water activities.

A: You may wish to bring a credit card for when we call into an island or you choose to partake in extra activities such as seaplane or helicopter flights or jet-ski tours that are operated by independent companies. You may also need your credit card to cover any other expenses over and above the agreed APA.

A: Yes all superyacht chefs do their best to cater for most if not all dietary restrictions with advance notice. You will be sent a Questionnaire prior to your luxury yacht charter voyage to confirm any dietary requirements.

A: As per the terms and conditions of your individually agreed luxury yacht charter agreement, alcohol will be served for all meal service times and at other times upon your request. The yachts will provision a selection of high quality beverages as per your requests on your preference sheets.

A: Yes on each individual superyachts itinerary there are land and coral cay components. Each itinerary is just an example of the places we can cruise and explore. Guests may wish to spend more time beach combing, island exploration or even deep sea fishing.

A: No not really. Jellyfish are not as common as you think. All superyachts will provide lycra sun suits for in-water activities. The crew will be able to advise during your voyage.

A: No sorry, most superyachts do not allow smoking on board unless cleared with the Captain

A: No sorry all superyachts have a no shoe policy. Please discuss with us any medical conditions. Please bring along shoes for hiking and exploring in the various regions.

A: Yes there is WIFI on the superyachts but be aware that on some voyages it may be intermittent and cannot be guaranteed

A: Most superyachts have Gryro stabilisers either at anchor or underway so that any possible seasickness is limited

A: In the superyacht industry it is normally the practice on sole charters that the prime guest gives a cash tip to the Captain and crew. However tipping the crew is entirely up to yourself. If you feel you have been extremely well looked after then we are sure the crew would really appreciate the tip. You may do this of your own accord or with the other guests on the superyacht voyage.
