We really value the feedback we receive from our guests about their personal experiences on our YOTSPACE Great Barrier Reef luxury yacht charters. When they return home we send them a “Review” questionnaire to fill in so that we can ensure that the itineraries that our crew are creating are up to or exceeding the expectations of our guests.

We also provide these guest reviews to our superyacht owners, Captain and crew so they too are aware of how the guests review their services.

” We are thrilled to have been introduced to the joys of Superyacht cruising on Phoenix One through our Travel Agent, Jennie Coleborne at Helloworld Travel, Burleigh and YOTSPACE. We were keen to explore the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef.

First of all the crew aboard Phoenix One were first class. From Captain Dave, John, Kyle, Angela, Maddison and the Chef David – we were treated like real guests (Royalty almost), provided with 5 star accommodation, superb meals and amazing service – nothing was too much trouble and all services were offered/provided with a smile, with passion and an enthusiasm that surpassed our wildest expectations. The crew demonstrated incredible teamwork and functioned like a well oiled, high performing team at all times.

And then of course there was the Whitsunday Islands, the Great Barrier Reef, the snorkelling, the fishing and other water sports and the amazing sunrises and picture perfect sunsets ……. but this would have been diminished somewhat without the tremendous efforts of the Crew aboard Phoenix One.

We thoroughly enjoy Small Ship Cruising and have had quite a number of cruises with SilverSea around the Mediterranean and one cruise on Ponant along the Kimberley Coast. These ships carry around 200 – 300 guests – this was our first Superyacht Cruise.”
